There is no date field in the front matter. You named this file with 2024-11-15 in the file name - revisiteasyposting2024-11-15.md

That displays the correct date, but I hate the formatting. That's fixed in _config/filters.js to produced the result above under the H1.

Note this date doesn't match the date shown for the post!! This is a UTC vs. local time issue-well known, but the fix isn't well documented.

That should do for giving it a name. You put tags: tags: [gomer, opie, "aunt bea"] as the tags. You should do this consistently so you don't have to bemember what's allowed..just always use the brackets and quote the multi-word tags.
